Editorial & Accuracy Policy

FadiTaxi exists to give travelers honest, useful and accurate information about airport taxis and getting around. Here is how we work.

How we research fares

For every airport we research the typical taxi fare to the city centre from official taxi authorities and airport sources — for example New York's TLC, Transport for London, Dubai's RTA, Spain's Aena and each airport's own website — plus reputable current guides. Where a city uses an official fixed or flat fare, we say so; where it is metered, we give a realistic range including normal surcharges and tolls.

Sources & citations

Each airport guide lists the sources we used. Our Airport Taxi Fare Index converts fares to US dollars at approximate rates for comparison. Figures are estimates and are labelled as such.

Independence

We are an independent guide, not a taxi operator or booking agent. Our fare research is not influenced by advertising or affiliate relationships. If we earn a commission it never changes what we report.

Corrections

Prices change and mistakes happen. If you spot an out-of-date fare or an error, email info@faditaxi.com and we will review and update it. We update our figures periodically.
